New Delhi, August 3–6, 2025 — AAKAR, the All Island Banquet Owners and Caterers Association, participated with a strong delegation at South Asia’s largest HORECA exhibition, held in New Delhi from August 3 to 6, 2025. The event provided a prime platform to connect with industry peers, share insights, and explore the latest trends shaping the hospitality and catering sector.

Special thanks go to Mr. Premal Metha and his team for inviting us to this landmark exhibition. Over 60 association members participated, seizing the opportunity to network, learn about new industry developments, and pursue business avenues with Indian counterparts. The delegation returned with valuable contacts and a clearer view of emerging trends poised to influence the regional banquet and catering industry.
